A Story

After twenty years of hard and long working hours in California I realized that working to live was not the smartest thing to do in life. So, I decided to make a change and this is how I moved to Surfside Beach SC to enjoy a slower pace lifestyle, the southern charm and have more time for myself.

Being by the ocean was still a must and the beautiful sandy beaches with the warm ocean water are a perfect treat.

This move, with a few other changes to my lifestyle, gave me the opportunity to do more of what I love, traveling. And this opened new ideas and opportunities and a few years ago I bought my first property oversea in a beautiful small village in Transylvania, Romania. Spending time there by visiting the surroundings or just laying on a lounge chair in the garden is so tranquil.

During the years I visited several countries in Europe, many several times, and it was Roses, Spain where my heart decided that this is another place that I should call home.

And this is how I made new friends and bought my other home in Roses, Spain!

The place where you can find superb golden beaches on the Mediterranean, fantastic food, delicious wines, a laid back relaxing life, friendly people, love, history at every step, low cost living and so much more.

Roses, Spain is one of Catalonia's best kept secrets. It cannot get better than this, with only 45 minutes to the French border and two hours to Barcelona you get the best of both worlds!
